The firm represents business and commercial clients, including lenders, in a broad range of commercial and financial transactions. These would include purchases and sales of assets, mergers, acquisitions, protection of intellectual property rights, employment contracts, commercial lease agreements and joint venture agreements. The firm also represents developers, lenders and individual and corporate landowners in a wide variety of real estate transactions. The firm is approved counsel for Whitney National Bank, Hibernia National Bank, Parish National Bank, Resource Bank and Central Progressive Bank for commercial loan transactions.
