The firm has acted as regional counsel for insurers in litigation in Mississippi and Louisiana involving premises and construction-related claims. The firm acts as coordinating counsel for local airport authorities and their underwriters on claims involving capital improvement projects at airport facilities. In that capacity, the firm oversees the administration and litigation of claims involving construction defects, premises liability and environmental hazards. The firm has also acted as regional counsel for power generation manufacturers and affiliated companies in litigation involving failures of industrial improvements and related disputes at various facilities in Texas , Mississippi , Georgia , Louisiana , and other venues.
