PATRICK E. MOORE

Mr. Moore is a Partner of the firm’s Civil Group. He specializes in insurance defense and personal injury defense litigation, principally representing national automobile, homeowner, aviation, municipal and commercial casualty insurers. He is the past City Attorney for Covington, Louisiana and has special expertise in municipal law, zoning and other related matters.

Mr. Moore received his B.A.S. degree from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in International Trade. He is admitted to the Louisiana Bar (1993) and all State and Federal District and Appellate Courts throughout Louisiana. Mr. Moore is a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. He is a member and two-time past President of the Greater Covington Bar Association and is a former multi-term Hearing Officer with the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board. Mr. Moore currently serves as Magistrate Judge for the City of Covington.
