Kyle A. Spaulding

Mr. Spaulding is an associate in the firm’s Civil Group. He specializes in expropriation, insurance litigation, commercial litigation and estate planning.

Mr. Spaulding received his B.S. in Economics from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law where he chaired the Voluntary Income Tax Assistance program and was active in the Pro Bono Placement Program. He is admitted to the Louisiana Bar (2003) and all State and Federal District and Appellate Courts throughout Louisiana. Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Spaulding interned at the Bank of America Corporation in Charlotte, North Carolina.
