Toxic Tort and Environment

The Civil and Admiralty Groups represent clients in litigation involving a variety of environmental and toxic tort concerns. Recent litigation experience includes asbestos exposure, benzene exposure in the maritime industry, infectious disease exposure, defense of aerial chemical applicators (crop dusting), defense of mosquito control companies, collection of remediation costs for submerged vessels and pollution insurance issues. Our experience with these issues has been gained in both mass tort and class actions in federal and state courts.
