Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning

Experienced counselors in our Civil Group provide will and estate planning services to individuals, families and fiduciaries on a wide range of issues involving estate and gift planning, as well as estate and trust administration. We draft wills and otherwise document donations, we establish insurance and children's trusts, and we counsel small business owners in the generational transfer of wealth. We also counsel executors and succession administrators in connection with administration and representation in succession proceedings and in the preparation of gift and estate tax returns.
